I was so looking forward to visiting the #FOQ2017 at the Birmingham NEC for the first time and I was not disappointed.
I was completely blown away by the standard and variety of beautiful work on show. It was really very inspiring. I took some photos to give a flavour of what was there but they are just a small snapshot of what is a remarkable event.
There were many languages to be heard, people coming from Holland, Belgium, France and Spain.
Of course I spent a fortune. How could I be expected to ignore the fabulous fabrics all around me. My husband was just relieved I didn’t bring home the machine at the price of a small car!
So it’s off to the workroom for me today.
